Rental Return Process

As a rental service, our return process differs from traditional retail. All rental items must be returned according to the terms specified in your rental agreement.

Return Schedule

Rental items must be returned on or before the agreed return date. Our team will coordinate pickup or return arrangements with you at the time of booking. Late returns may incur additional charges.

Item Condition

All rental items must be returned in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear. Items should be clean and free from damage beyond expected usage.

Damage Assessment

Upon return, all items are inspected for damage. You will be notified of any issues within 48 hours of item return. Charges for damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed based on repair or replacement costs.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary based on the rental period and timing:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the rental start date may be eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds

Refund Process

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms of your rental agreement.

Pickup and Delivery

We offer pickup and delivery services for rental items. Standard service areas and fees are discussed during booking. Special arrangements may be available for events outside standard service areas.
